JURISDICTION LAW
Any dispute or claim originating from or connected to this agreement or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the New Delhi-specific commercial arbitration rules. Such a dispute or claim will be arbitrated individually; it will not be combined in an arbitration with any other party’s claim or controversy. The arbitration will take place in Mumbai, India, and any court with jurisdiction over that city may enter judgment on the arbitration award. In order to preserve their property or rights while the arbitration is ongoing, either the user or Life Enabling Alternatives Foundation may apply for any interim or preliminary remedy from a Mumbai, India court of competent jurisdiction.
The minimum age required to get financial support is eighteen years old.
