Youth Empowerment & Skill Development

The main challenge facing Indian society and the workplace is the continued existence of inequalities and marginalization of young women and girls in particular, as well as men and boys from underprivileged backgrounds. The second issue is that the children require additional skills related to the labor market. Third, it’s challenging to find talented children jobs. By providing appropriate skills based on market demands, LEAF encourages young men and women to enter the workforce. Additionally, it ensures that groups that are marginalized and socially and geographically disadvantaged will have access to first-rate vocational training and job placement.

Depending on their preferences and circumstances, it supports young people in developing resilience and effectively engaging in respectable occupations.
